Insulation Layer
- Printed insulating materials that cross the vertical and horizontal wiring of capacitive touch panel sensor circuit. The production costs will be significantly reduced compared to traditional photo-etching process, however, ink dropping position accuracy and the dropping shape repeatability are required.

Marking
- Printed ruled lines, characters, QR codes, etc. on a large and long steel plate (iron) with 5m width and 25m length at transport speed of 6.5m / min. This type of printing is used shipbuilding and cutting of bridge members.

OCR
- To bond touch panel and LCD module, Optical Clear Adhesive (OCA) in sheet form and OCR (Optical Clear Resin) in liquid form are filled, and to improve the visibility, optical bonding is adopted. Print OCR with inkjet to reduce its cost, improve its shape and defects.

Light Guide Plate
- Printed regular pattern placed large number of micro lenses. Those micro lenses are used as backlight for light guide plate and lighting device. The based coat layer for lens formulation is also printed by the inkjet printer. LED Lighting from side of an acryl sheet, and the micro lenses refract to light front side.

Glass Reinforcing Material
- The cover glass for mobile device, such as smartphones and tablets uses flat glass (2.5D) and edge curved glass (3D). Inkjet printer realize printing the glass reinforcing material to prevent glass breakage. Because the ink is transparent, it is necessary to print with a uniform thickness layer without any mura (unevenness).

Cover glass for Vehicle
- Curved glasses are used for vehicle CID and instrument panel due to its design. Non-contact printing by inkjet printer demands are increasing as conventional screen printing cannot archive. We use a robot to keep the position of the glass and the inkjet print head, and print a black light shield layer.
